Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire Truefinish Laredo Epoxy Floors to do. When you use the site, ask for an estimate or schedule a job with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us.
"We," "us" and "our" mean Truefinish Laredo Epoxy Floors. "You" means the person using the site or hiring us, and "your property" means the home or building where the work is done.
The services we offer
We're a flooring contractor in Laredo, TX. We install epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic epoxy and urethane cement floors, and we do polished, stained and terrazzo flooring, concrete grinding and prep, sealing, resurfacing and overlays, self-leveling work, pool deck coatings and coating removal. You can see the full list on our home page and read more about our crew on our About page.
The descriptions on this site are general information. They aren't a promise that a given product or finish is right for your floor. We'll recommend what fits after we've seen your concrete in person.
Estimates and pricing
We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, including the size of the area, the condition of the slab, any old coating that has to come off and the system you choose.
Some conditions only show up once the work starts, such as moisture coming up through the slab, hidden cracks or a previous coating that won't grind off cleanly. If we find something that changes the scope or the price, we'll stop, explain it and get your approval before we do the extra work.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. Prices for materials can change, so after that period we may need to update it before we schedule.
Scheduling and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, heat, humidity and material delivery can affect concrete and coating work, so we may need to move a date. When that happens, we'll tell you as early as we can and set a new one with you.
You agree to give us clear access to the work area, with vehicles, furniture and stored items moved out unless we've agreed to move them. Coatings need time to cure before foot traffic, vehicles or furniture go back on them, and you agree to follow the cure times we give you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (956) 508-9073 as soon as you know. If we've already ordered materials made or tinted for your job, or started prep work, you may be responsible for those costs as stated in your written contract.
Payment terms
Your written estimate or contract sets out the total price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Unless the contract says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.
If a payment is late, we may pause work or hold any warranty service until the account is paid, and you'll be responsible for reasonable collection costs where Texas law allows them.
Warranties and what they don't cover
We stand behind our work and want you satisfied with it. Any written warranty for your job will be in your contract, and that document decides what's covered and for how long. Product warranties come from the makers of the coatings and materials we use, under their own terms.
Concrete is a natural material. Color, shading and texture vary from slab to slab, especially on polished and stained floors, and existing cracks, patches and stains can still show through some finishes. Those variations aren't defects.
Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, impact, dragging heavy objects, harsh chemicals, skipping cure times, poor upkeep, ground movement, flooding or moisture problems in the slab that weren't known when we did the work. Apart from any written warranty in your contract, this website and our services are provided as they are, without other warranties, to the extent Texas law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim tied to our work or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job the claim is about.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business, lost use of a space or the cost of storing items elsewhere while a floor cures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Texas law doesn't allow us to limit.
Using this website
The text, photos and other content on this site belong to Truefinish Laredo Epoxy Floors or are used with permission. You may view and share them for personal use, but you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Resolving a dispute
If you're unhappy with our work or a bill, tell us first so we can try to fix it. Call (956) 508-9073 or reach us through our Contact page, and we'll respond within one business day.
If we can't settle it between us, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before filing a lawsuit, unless the claim belongs in small claims court.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any lawsuit that isn't resolved through mediation will be brought in the state courts serving Webb County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes don't affect a job already under a signed contract unless you agree to them.
If you have a question about these terms, call us at (956) 508-9073 or send a message through our Contact page.
